Paradigm 15 Channel Remote Displaying '18'

If you find that your 15 Channel remote is displaying 18 this can mean two things. Please see below the possibilities for your remote showing 18.

1. The battery in the remote is low / flat and will need to be replaced.

2. The Battery is not making correct contact. Please make sure the battery is correctly fitted in the remote and that it is making firm contact.
