If you find that your Paradigm 15 Channel remote displaying 18; this can mean two things:

1. The battery in the remote is low / flat and will need to be replaced.

2. The Battery is not making correct contact. Please ensure the battery is correctly fitted in the remote and that it is making firm contact.
