How Do I Adjust My Limits?

What are limits?

Limits are set during installation—the upper limit determines the highest position, and the bottom limit determines the lowest position of you shade. Over time, you may want to adjust them, if your shade doesn’t fully open or close to your desired positions. This guide will walk you through the steps to adjust the limits of your shade using your remote. In addition we have a video on how to Adjust Shade Limits

How do I adjust the limits of my shade?

Warning
Warning: Limits can only be adjusted on one shade at a time. Do not attempt to to adjust multiple shades on a grouped channel.

Adjusting the upper limit

Hold UP and STOP on your remote until the shade jogs once. This puts the shade into step mode.


Tap UP or DOWN to adjust the shade to your desired upper limit.

Hold UP and STOP again until the shade jogs twice. The upper limit is now saved.


Adjusting the lower limit

Hold DOWN and STOP on your remote until the shade jogs once. This puts the shade into step mode.


Tap UP or DOWN to adjust the shade to your desired lower limit.

Hold DOWN and STOP again until the shade jogs twice. The upper limit is now saved.
