Your Groups and/or Shades will appear by default on the main screen. Your Groups will be shown before Shades. To cycle through available Groups and Shades, use the Left and Right buttons.

To adjust the height of your shade, press the Up or Down navigation buttons.

To stop your shade at your preferred height, press the Stop button.
