Pulse 1 Hub - How to Re-pair The Hub After Changing a Router or Internet Provider

These are the steps to re-pair the Pulse 1 hub to a new Wi-Fi connection without loosing any settings.
Re-pairing the hub is necessary after a changing a router or internet provider.

Hub pairing must be done wirelessly and over a 2.4 GHz Network 
DO NOT Reset the hub | There is a factory reset button in the back of the hub that requires the use of a pin to push it, DO NOT do this as it will delete all the settings in the hub

How to Re-Pair the Pulse 1 hub

This video goes over the complete pairing process - To re-pair, only some of the steps will apply. 







These are the steps to re-pair your hub:

1. Add new location > Add new hub > Setup Wizard
  

2. The wizard will ask for the network password 
 
3. Reset the hub by pressing the setting button in the back of the hub for about 2 seconds - the light on the hub will blink blue


      

















NOTE: Make sure you DONT reset the HUB by putting a pin in the back - just press the setting button    
 
4. The app will search for the hub and make the connection, then the light on the hub will turn solid blue.

5. Press "Set Hub" to give the hub its name 

The hub is now added to the app, all devices and setting will be copied across to the new location.
