The Pulse2 App is not operating due to an unexpected Amazon Web Service (AWS) outage. The AWS outage is impacting many applications globally. Amazon will be addressing this issue with haste, we are sorry for the inconvenience being caused with operating your Automate shades, we expect a resolution shortly.
