If you have recently changed your Wi-Fi router or network, this process shows how you can update the Wi-Fi credentials on your Pulse PRO Hub within the Automate App.

Note: Before starting this process, please ensure that your iOS/Android device (phone or tablet) is already connected to the new Wi-Fi network.

1. Go to the Manage Hub screen and click on Update Wi-Fi Credentials. Click Continue.

       

2. Select Serial Number 2XXXXXX and click Next.

3. Set the Hub into Pairing mode by pressing and holding the "P" button until you see a green light. Click Try Again.

4. Type in the Password for your new wifi network. Double check by clicking "Show Password" to ensure the details are typed in correctly. Click Next when done.

 

5. Success! Click Finish.
