Understanding the torque requirements for a shade is important to select the appropriate controller to be used for it. Rollease Acmeda Torque Calculator is a tool that uses specific shade data points to calculate the torque on up to three linked shades and lists compatible manual clutches, motors and link systems for specific applications based on those results.
Use this calculator to validate the strength of the clutch or motor to be used on specific shades.
This calculator can work with up to three shades. Enter "0" for the width and drop of shades 2 and/or 3 if not needed.
