Pair Hub Via Cable when Hub Firmware is below 1.8.0
If a user attempts to pair a hub with a firmware version lower than 1.8.0:
-the hub will not appear in the list of available devices in Step 5 of the pairing process. This is due to the fact that the hub is not yet compatible with Ethernet pairing.
To check the firmware version of your Hub, we recommend following the "Pair Hub with WIFI" method. Once the pairing process is successfully completed, you can proceed to check the firmware version.
