After you have received your hub back, please follow below instructions to re-connect your hub to the app

Press and hold the P button on the back of the hub. Once it turns green, release. Green indicates that you've cleared out the internet connection. It will then start flashing blue. This indicates that it's ready to pair.

How to re-connect your Pulse 2 Hub to your WIFI Network

1. Select Menu, Select Current Location, and your Home Location.

2. Select the hub you wish to remove and click 'Remove Hub.'

3. Open your Home app, select menu, select Home Settings.

4. Select Home Hubs & Bridges, the bridge RA-Pulse & Remove Bridge from Home.

5. Select your Home Location and 'ADD NEW HUB' from Automate pulse 2 app and follow the prompts to re-connect your hub to the new network.

If you have any Apple TVs or HomePods, these might interfere with the set up, we recommend unplugging them from the power outlet and start from step 3  (Removing the hub from HomeKit)

Now, your hub has been added to the app, you can start pairing your shades and creating your timers and scenes. Please see link below how to accomplish this
